How do you look up public records?
I noticed on another thread a few people mentioned looking up public records on properties? Can someone let me know where to go? I'd like to check a house we are bidding on. TIA

Each town has its own website. Then look for Assessor Tab or Tax area. Nassau County is complete, Huntington is good, Smithtown, Brookhaven, Islip and the east end you may have to go to the town.
