Hmmm...are arrest records public record?
I'm doing a little investigating - I know that someone's been arrested, but I don't know what the charge was, what county it was, etc...It was actually in PA. Is there any way of finding out?
If anyone knows, you guys know!

I've done it but it was the OC Sherrifs site. It did show if someone was at the county jail but only currently. This probably won't help you much but maybe your area has a similar site?

if you know what county she was jailed in you can do a google search for the county jail. If they list it on a website you should be able to find it on there. IF it is not on the site I do believe it is still public record and you should be able to call the county courts tomorrow and see if you can get the info faxed or mailed to you.

I sadly know it too. In FL it is very public. A co-worker of Darren's was arrested and the next day most workers were forwarding his arrest picture to each other.

you can definitely purchase a background check online and it will tell you if they have had any arrests and for what. also, it will tell you if it was a felony, misdemeanor, etc. and it can tell you if there is a warrant out for their arrest currently.
i don't know the exact website but any of the people search websites have the "buy the deluxe package" option where you can basically get ANY and ALL info on a person.
