I'm not having another shower. DD#1 is only two, so I will just reuse most of her stuff. If I did do a sprinkle, it would be much smaller. I did create a small registry at the request of friends and family who want to pick a little something up for this baby.

I wouldn't worry about that. You know your friends and family better than I do, obviously, but MY family would be offended by being invited.
Although I don't think offended is the right word... but there would be talk because they don't do sprinkles.

if you do something, i would definitely make it smaller.
im not doing a shower/sprinkle this time around. my shower with DS was in 2007 and i feel bad obligating ppl to get me more gifts. my sister wanted to throw me a small sprinkle since im having twins, but i figure that the ppl who want to get me something will regardless.

No, I toned it down to people that are close to me. I totally don't see anything wrong with another shower, but I also didn't want to seem greedy. So I invited people that wanted to be apart of it and that often asked if I was registered, etc..

I'm not having a sprinkle this time around. My baby shower with DS was very small though, so I probably couldn't make it smaller if I were to have one.

If I have a sprinkle, I will probably trim the list a little bit. I had 40 ppl at my shower, and that seems a bit much for a sprinkle I think. DS is only 14 mo, so it seems a bit much to have another shower.
Where I am thinking of cutting back is the baptism. We had almost 80 ppl for DS in a hall...can't afford that this time around.
