I ovulated and my temp went up but...
Now 4 days later I had a huge dip and it was as low as my lowest...what the heck...why would this happen...

It's called a "falback rise." Perfectly normal. Basically, there's a short surge of estrogen that rolls through you, knocking your temp down a bit for a day or so. Don't worry, it'll go back up. Lots of women get them.
