Need your creative help ladies
My boss re-did her den/playroom
She needs to know what color would make this room pop or break up the neutral tone.
She also need to put something on the wall to replace those wooden pictures.
She doesn't want shelves, mirrors or photoframes.
Any ideas suggestions would be awesome!! Thanks ladies

Hey ! My computer is going nutty so I can not include pics... but I would paint the room a Robins Egg Blue, either use wall decals or canvas art. Etsy has a great variety of things to decorate. Is the room for girls or boys? What kind of style is she looking for?

There really are all sort of different colors she could go with. A nice slate blue for the pillows or a throw on the couch. I would say throw some white in there, but it's a play room.  So we will stay away from white.
Of course red would work really well with the light yellow walls and the tan couch.
And she can buy different shades, in the same family, of any of these colors. Some should have a pattern to them and/or texture.
For the walls, the only two things I can think of our metal art & candle scones if she doesn't want all those other things.
She could even do a nice muted/muddy purple in there. And no I don't think it would look like Easter in the room. It's a hot color right now.
Even a sage green might work, but you really aren't getting a pop of color really.
Great places for her to check out would be JCPenny, Target, Ikea, Pier 1 for drapes & the metal art & sconces. Home Goods for metal artwork & pillows & throws. These stores really have great stuff and it's less expensive then some other stores. Actually the last time I was in JCPenny, they had a awesome selection of pillows with lots of colors, texture & pattern.

Red, I would definitely go with red.
Some red drapes, a red area rug, some red pillows. Especially for a playroom since its such a fun color.
