Rain boots
I am supposed to go to NYC tomorrow in the monsoon weather. I have a pair of Hunter rain boots that I want to wear, and I will keep them on for the time I'm there bc we are going to a couple of bars. What would I wear? Jeans and....what kind of top? TIA..and the boots are black!
