Suffolk County- way to find out who's on the deed?
Is there some sort of search engine that I can use to find out who owns home in Suffolk County? TIA!!!

It's public record. You can go to the county clerk's office and look it up.

I don't think there is any free way to do it via the internet. My company pays for a subscription to a property data company so we can look up land owners and tax data in various NY counties.

I recently had to do it because I am going to be getting a judgement against someone and I needed to find out what the sheriff can attach. My paralegal went to Town Hall for me. He was back within an hour with the information!

you can look it up online at the clerk's office site. you just need the tax map number.
