Would you eat whilst receiving a pedicure?
Like a big salad? I saw this at the nail salon today and the girl was trying to balance the take out container on her legs whilst getting scrubbed, razored, polished--a pedicure. Just curious.

No - although at one spa in Midtown they do provide tea or juice, so I have had stuff to drink while I get a pedicure. It is tough to balance that too, because they serve it in cute little glasses with a plate underneath. But I love it nonetheless.

No - the only time I ate during a pedicure was at the spa, they gave me my lunch (wrap/salad) during my pedicure but it was on a huge tray so it was easy to balance.
But if I had a choice no...Usually I am reading a magazine.

No. I would feel really weird eating lunch while they scrubbed my heels. I see nothing wrong, however, in having a drink with you or eating a *light* snack..but going to town on a big salad.. no thanks.

that is just weird unless she was doing it on her lunch hour
i do get an iced coffee on my way to get my nails done and drink it b/c i go early
but the worst thing after eating a salad in the pedi chair are the cell phone talkers who are chatting away while you try and chill out during the massage
but yes that is so odd but in nyc nothing surprises me anymore

No.
I have been in the situation where I am starving before I go, but I would not.
To me it seems kind of rude to eat there, like I am making a mess or something.
I do sometimes drink coffee.

When I was preggo I would eat a bagel while getting a pedi. I also needed to eat every hour so I had no choice I would not do a salad though, I like to concentrate and really enjoy my salads (I'm a weirdo)
