10 month old Feeding Sched
Okay... we dropped a bottle and now his sched seems off. Does this seem right... BTW, he seems fine with it and STTN. Just making sure it's enough
7:30AM - 8oz bottle 10:30 AM - breakfast - jar of fruits 1:30 PM - 8oz bottle 3:30 PM - yogurt or any other lunch 5:30 - 6PM - dinner (jar of veggies or meat) 7:15 PM - 8oz bottle of formula
He used to go every 2 hours with food then bottle, but we dropped the 3:30PM bottle and pushed to every 3 hours
Thanks Mason will be 10 months next week

Re: 10 month old Feeding Sched
It seems good. DD is 10 months Sunday and eats about the same. She gets one more bottle than Mason, but she only does 6 oz/bottle so the daily intake is the same. DD also snacks on some cheerios and she still gets 1 tbsp of cereal in the morning with her yogurt.
If he's not waking in the middle of the night to eat he's probably getting his fill of food

Thanks! The problem is his gagging issue so he doesn't have puffs or cherios yet. I feel like it's not enough. He is a happy baby though. I guess I feel like since I dropped a bottle it's spaced out too much.

Re: 10 month old Feeding Sched
Did you increase his solids when you dropped to three bottles?
I ask because DD, who is on the small side, was taking a bit more solids at 10 months (i.e. 9am-4 Tbsp of Cereal w/4 oz Fruit or Yogurt or lunch-4-6oz of Meat/Veggie Combo and 4oz fruit).
She was also starting on tablefoods such as Waffle/Pancake/Eggs for Breakfast. Chicken and veggies/pasta for dinner, etc. At that age with DD, I had also recently dropped to three bottles a day because DD would barely take 2 oz during two of the bottles.
But if he is not hungry, then it may be right for your DS.

No, I guess I should increase his food. He usually finishes a full jar of Stage 2 jarred baby food. He can't eat anything else b/c he has a texture issue and will gag or choke on table food

Re: 10 month old Feeding Sched
That's pretty much the same schedule my DD is on now that she just dropped the 3:30 bottle also. The only difference is we give her puffs and baby mums mums throughout the day. And she also snacks on cheese and at dinner time in addition to her jar of veggies she eats whatever we are having, i just break it up into little pieces and she shovels them into her mouth. Oh yeah and juice all day long. She probably drinks about 8-12 oz of juice mixed with water throughout the day.
