Any way to make AF happen?

I'm getting tired of missing af due to stress. it was 3 months last year (Nov, Dec, Jan. Gotaf feb but not in march, am 1.5weeks overdueand not pg) and I am scared that it will be 3 more months now! i am working on getting a less stressful job and having more $$, which is the 2 main stessors.

Anyway, is there anything i can do, food drink or something, to maybe start af? It kills me that I was pretty regular until we really started trying and now I jsut can't get af to start lol

this happened to a friend of mine and the only way to make AF come is to be on the pill, which is a problem if youre trying to get pregnant. They put my friend on the pill so she would get it and then kept giving her a lower and lower dosage of hormones until AF started on her own. Maybe the dr. can offer a better solution!!

You're positive it's stressed related? I definitely talk to a dr about it.

It has always been stress related in the past, so I am assuming it is the same. The holidays were crazy and now my job is just so bad that it is making me crazy

I don't want to go on any meds, and I hate drs so I really don't wanna go to one. But dh wants me to also. Maybe if I don't get it next month I'll see one? idk. Just thinking of going to the dr right no is making my heart race lol.

A friend of mine would take baths before vacationing so that she could schedule her AF to come and she wouldnt have it on vacay. Try taking a HOT bath for a LONG time. Im talking like an hour or two. I believe it works.
