Zillow MAKE ME MOVE feature...info and thoughts
What do you think of the Zillow Make Me Move feature? Do you know if it actually has ever worked for anyone (as a buyer or seller)? Or is it just a gimmick? I would like to know more about it (again, from a buyer or seller perspective).
I wonder if there are stats (as a seller esp) on if and how often it actually pans out.

We used them last year, we got $$$$$$ from them about a week after we closed. I would use them again had a great experience.

They give you cash back. If there is a house for $649,000. you would get $3,894.00.

interesting- these people are willing to give up 20% of their comission if you sign an exclusive right to represent with them
I think b/c they don't have offices????

I didn't sign anything and my Zip realtor has an office. It's just another way to market yourself I guess. I am very happy with our Zip realtor.

I don't think anyone actually wrote about what I was asking. In the Make Me Move feature on Zillow, you can list your home for your dream price and register and someone who wants your house badly can email you to make a deal with you. So I wanted to know more about that, but no one seemed to know I guess b/c the conversation above is not about Zillow's make me move.

Yes you do, but I was looking on line and when I found a house I wanted to see they contacted the listing agent and set up an appointment for us to go see the house. We seen many houses and never had a problem.

I believe you but was just sharing my experience and I did not have to sign one.
