Car Seat question...do I have to give up the Snug Ride?

Car Seat question...do I have to give up the Snug Ride?
According to the info with the car seat, baby can't exceed 22 pounds or 29 inches long. DD is a peanut at 12 months old...just 17.5 pounds but 29 inches long (she just went for her 1 year visit yesterday). Is it time to take her out, or can I squeeze a few more weeks out of this thing? Any thoughts?

I switched my DS as soon as he hit 29 inches! It was a sad, sad day! I LOVED the Snugride!

I could be wrong but the snugride I had said it was for 5-22 lbs and UP to 29 inches. So if she is 29 inches I think you need to switch her b.c she exceeds the limits of the seat.
