For those of you looking in Levittown
Bank owned house on my block
Salk - Mac Arthur Schools

This house was flipped a few years back - Stainless appliances, granite kitchen....Looked nice in the pictures
I may go to the open house later

The open house was busy - There was a lot of people there.
The outside of the house is in good shape.
The oil tank is in the back yard above ground, and also a covered patio and a shed. The yard is small on that side of the house, then on the other side is another yard.
Inside the kitchen and bathrooms are all in good shape. The kitchen has oak cabinets, stainless appliances, and a laminate counter top. Also tile floor.
The rest of the house downstairs has pergo floor that needs to be replaced.
There is a slightly odd layout in the back of the house that could be corrected by knocking down a few walls. If that is done, you would have a nice open layout
Up stairs there is 4 bedrooms...really nice sized too. 1 bathroom and a laundry room. The windows, siding and roof are only a few years old.
This house was a flip a few years ago. I bet it will sell fast.

I believe those taxes are before star. Levittown Star is around $1280 I believe

No garage is a turn-off. But that is definitely very cheap and will generate a lot of interest.
