I need an inspector pronto (my bid on a house was accepted tonight! ). Someone I know recommended the engineer Jason Hicks to inspect the house. Has anyone used him? Were you happy with him?

Yes, I used Jason to inspect a home that I ultimately did not purchase in Islip Terrace, 2.5 years ago. He was very thorough, explained everything clearly while conducting the inspection and was very professional. I highly recommend him! Good luck!

Re: Has anyone used Jason Hicks for inspection?
Yes! Loved him! He is sooooo thorough! We recommended him to a number of our friends who were buying homes and they loved him too. He went thru our house with a fine tooth comb and showed my DH everything that needed to be fixed and showed him (in a brief version) how to fix it. His report HUGE too! Once we got in, we actually used his report line by line for a lot of the fixes!
