After going back and forth for a few days....
Our offer was accepted on our first home!
It's small, but the most amazing location backing up to a state park, in walkable distance to my parents, and has a half acre in the back on horse property!
It's only 2 bedroom, but we are going to blow it up within the next year or 2! PLUS the taxes are amazing!

Awesome! Just remember, you can always change the house but not the location. I think you made a great choice! The property sounds great
