My update
Thanks so much for everyone's posts and words of support in my last post. I thought I'd give you all an update.
So things blew up when I just was pused to my breaking point. We got into an argument b/c he seemed to have just gone back to the way things were and I didn't feel like he was doing anything to make it work. So, in the middle of the fight, I got in the car and I went to her house. A little gutsy, but at the time I felt like I had no other choice and I had to make it "blow up" in order for him to realize what he had done. So her husband answered (she was not home) the door and introduced myself and told him that his wife had been sleeping with my husband. I told him the whole story.
When I got home DH was less than happy with me (she called him to tell him I was at the house). We argued and I ended up kicking him out. He came back the next morning (with my permission) and we talked allll dayyy loonng. For hours. A lot was put out on the table and I bascially told him that I need him to give me 1000% and he cannot expect me to give him my trust back on a platter. He also shared with me some of his frustrations and through the course of the discussion he realized that he has a lot of issues of his own that he needs to work on. So, he asked me to find him a therapist.
I went to my 1st therapy appointment last week and it went VERY well. She wants to see us together tomorrow morning. This will be a combination of couples counseling, my own therapy, and his own therapy with the therapist. Just one session made me feel so much better. But, now with tomorrow approaching, I'm SO nervous. He seems to have fallen back into the "old school" pattern of how things were. Not too much physical contact with one another, no kissing hello and goodbye, and he hasn't worn his wedding ring in about 4 days (which pi$$es me off). I'm hoping tomorrow will help resolve some of the ways I'm feeling and put some more of his feelings out there since he is like a closed book right now.

Regardless of what happens, you have taken matters into your own hands and shown him just how strong you are. Whatever ultimately happens, this is a huge step in the right direction. I wish you lots of strength and ultimately happiness.
