BTDT moms- After labor how much weight did u lose?

I gained 65 lbs. I only lost 5 in the hospital and DD was 8lbs 15oz. I had a lot of water retention. By 3 weeks pp, I had lost 45 lbs.

I gained 34 pounds. I lost all of it by 7 days pp.

I gained about 50 lbs with DD #1 and it took me over a year to lose 40 of it.. I never lost that extra 10 lbs 
With DD #2 I gained around 30 lbs and it all came off within a month.. I feel like BF'ing helped because I didn't BF #1
I ate whatever I wanted too.. fast food, pizza, chocolate you name it with both pregnancies and both were so different.

I lost only about 8 pounds after I delivered. It took a long time for the test of the weight to come off. I only gained about 20 pounds. For some reason, my body kept extra weight while nursing.
It's funny because lately I have been told I look thinner. I swear it's because I stopped nursing my son last month.

with Dd i gained about 24 pounds and it all came off in a week or two.
BUT, I had DD 7 weeks early and she was in the NICU, so I think it was more stress then anything else that took the weight off.

gained 56 lbs with DC#1 and was down 22 lbs by the time I left the hospital.
I was about the same, gained 50lbs and lost about 20 by the time I left the hospital
I did have a nearly 10 lb baby so thats one reason why
