Bad mommy moment this morning...even called 911

When Kaydyn was an infant I was taking her off the changing table and I tripped and fell and she fell out of my arms. She smacked her head on the floor (it was carpeted but it's very thin industrial carpeting). She cried for a min and then stopped. We called the ped and they said just to watch her and make sure she doesn't seem lethargic, that her eyes don't look weird, and that she doesn't vomit. If any of these things occurred we were to go to the ER immediately cause it happened at 10pm. They also said if she was to fall asleep to shake her gently every 2 hours to make sure she didn't have a concussion.
 It is really scary and I'm sure she will be ok. Our DD was just fine.

DS also fell off the changing table onto the HW floor at around 5 months I think??? He also has fallen off the bed onto the HW floors and flipped off the coffee table onto the HW floor when he was getting to the super bouncy stage in his bouncy seat. Every time I nearly died as he was screaming so much, but I just called the ped's office every time and they said the same thing, as long as they cried immediately and seemed fine afterwards they're usuallly fine. And he always was. This mommy business has my nerves shot I swear. Glad your DD is ok, and you're a great mommy, don't even think twice about it!
