Ok, 42 homes seen and I think we found a winner
God help me I hope I never have to go house shopping again for 15-30yrs
I learned so much. What I will and won't accept in the age of the house, price, room sizes, school districts, etc.
Now I have to start the hard part. Gotta get together all the money and the paperwork.
Grant me patience!
Its small, its cozy but its nicely laid out I think..
The house

Re: Ok, 42 homes seen and I think we found a winner
Funny thing is guys..
That closet?
The SMALLEST i've seen so far!
hahaha
Even my current apt complex has a larger closet. We can both stand in ours now and get dressed without touching elbows. One of the major cons on this house was the closet space but I figured its so new to us since NY we can make do! hahaha
I'll buy AJ an amore when she gets older and "all her friends have walk ins"
thanks guys im super excited and worried. I'm need to wait a week and this only went on the market last week. I hope we get it!

It is beautiful. I really need to look into leaving NY. Our 1 bedroom coop in Queens sold for more then the price of this house..
