too many!
- basement finishing
- master bath (total gut job)
- master closet
- walkways, 2 stoops and patio
- new siding
- new landscaping for front yard
- take a few more trees down and beef up the backyard
- set up guest bedroom as nursery for DC#2

i just painted our kitchen & bedroom..and reorganized the kitchen to eliminate a ton of clutter.
next up...paint livingroom & hallway & rip up old & lay down new peel & stick floor in the kitchen (tile isn't an option anytime soon...so this will keep me sane for now)

We are in the process of entirely re-doing our basement. It was unfinished before...and disgusting. We've (well, the contractors, et al) put in a bathroom, laundry room, closets, work area, built-in book shelves, lighting and it's not done yet, but I freakin' LOOOOVE it already!!

--Install new faucet and hook up sink and DW in kitchen (we got our granite installed Friday--DH is at the hardware store right now getting the things he needs to hook up the sink today!)
--Backsplash for kitchen
--hang new lighting in kitchen (waiting for it to arrive!)
--window treatments and accessories for kitchen
--tile floor for kitchen
--hardwoods for rest of downstairs, replace trim downstairs
I think that's everything on our current list!

a lot....
getting new ductwork run throughout the house, central AC
DIY: finish nursery (paint, put up base moulding with beadboard and chair rail and border on top)
DIY: put together crib
finish basement (DH already gutted it)
DIY: paint LR, DR, and hallway,
install crown and base moulding in LR and DR, install chair rail and shadowboxing in DR
DIY: Paint new doors we just had installed on the first floor.
DIY: DH and his Dad are going to attempt to install a new PVC fence in the backyard once it starts to get warmer
DIY: paint ceiling in sunroom and clean floors and windows
and finally....buy furniture for sunroom, dining room and living room (which we can't buy till basement is finished b/c our basement furniture is in the LR now)
My wish is to have this all done by the time I am due (the first week in June).....Think that's possible?? Prob not...

We need to stain and/or polyurethane all of the upstairs bedroom windows, since we still haven't done that since they were installed in Sept.
Install our new pleated shades in the Master BR
Repaint our den, since I hate the color we chose when we moved in. Right now, we're planning on BM Muslin.

I actually got really nice, really thick groutable peel and stick from home depot recently that's super cheap. You can either peel and stick with no spacers or peel and stick with spacers, then grout. It's super heavy duty, too.

#1 - Finishing our bedroom - purchasing and hanging blinds and valances, putting up wall decorations, mounting new TV. FINALLY!
#2 - Finish office - rearranging our filing  , decor, buy salt water fish tank for it, getting a sofa. 
#3 - purchase LR furniture and window treatments (unsure of what I want - I would say that we're unsure of what "we" want but that's a crock of poo). Furniture includes sofa, loveseat, chair w/ottoman, bookcase, tables.
eta: think we might get our pantry done - it's a PITA in there and DH got super frustrated with it the other day so I think that might have lit a fire under his cooley.

Clean out our closet
Organize and set up shelving in the garage
Hang up shelving in our office
Finish decorating DD's room (frame and hang pictures, etc).
Next year-put on a porch and do some landscaping.
