Clothes of yours that are impractical with an infant...
It doesn't get any better as they get older, does it? I've got some really nice sweaters that shed and it gets all over DS - I should just get rid of them now, right? There's no point in keeping them...

Don't get rid of them. He is going to be become mobile and you will be holding him less and less. I didn't wear my nice sweaters for a while. but DD is three now and I wear a lot of my old stuff.

I would keep them, though with DS at 2, I still dont' wear my cashmere sweaters around him on a daily basis. Arts and crafts, little food filled hands grabbing my arm, they get dirty fast. But I do wear them on holidays or special occasions, or date nights.
