We're closing tomorrow!
FINALLY! We will be closing on our first house tomorrow morning! 
The walk-through is this afternoon and I have no idea what to expect since I've never spoken to the sellers. I *think* they're all moved out and I *hope* they've left the pretty curtains and light fixtures they had up... guess we'll see soon!
Thank you to everyone on this board who has helped me and DH through this often-frustrating process. We're moving from an apartment to a 4-bedroom house so we'll be starting from scratch decorating most of the rooms. I'm loving all the pictures posted on this board for inspiration! I can't wait to use all your expertise for the (finally-) fun part of all this!

Thanks! Question - when should receive a breakdown from the bank of all the money we'll owe? We'll need to go to the bank and get certified checks, right? Closing is less than 24 hours from now!

So the walk-through today went great! The owners actually left us their leftover paint cans with post-its on them telling us what they're for. They seem like nice people, so fingers crossed for a smooth closing.
The rooms look so much smaller than I remember, but I think (hope!) that's just because they're empty now.
After all our times driving by the house to look at the outside, we were so excited to actually be in it again. We didn't want to leave! Which is silly, since after tomorrow, it'll be ours for many years to come...
