Confused
I am really confused. I had a temperature drop on CD14 followed by a temperature rise on CD 15. Today, CD 16, my temperature dropped again. Does this mean I didn't ovulate on CD 14. BTW last cycle I did ovulate on CD 14. I had the signs clear stretching CM (sorry tmi).
Anyone have any thoughts. I went to the gym for the first time in months yesterday.
I am very frustrated.

Yep. I just got so confused because of the temp drop. Guess I was being too worried. Now it all makes sense. Gotta look at the bigger pic.
