We havent had a thread on it in a bit- so I thought I would post one- post your chart here if you want to share it.

when you respond- under the smileys and stuff it says insert web link- write a word and click next and then put the link

Do you temp at the exact same time every morning?
yes, 7 am every morning, the only thing that I can figure is affecting it is the last week I have been waking up before (somewhere between 3am-7am) and not being able to go back to sleep- do you think maybe thats why it looks so crazy?

When do you usually O? I see your + OPK, but no temp rise. Were you stressed/sick/traveling around then? Looks like your body was gearing up to O and paused.

Might be. It's hard to get an accurate temp with under three hours of sleep. What day do you usually O?

It looks like these temps were during your period. From what have seen, temps can be all over the place during that time so hopefully they will level off soon!

I definitely think something is affecting it, I would say that if you hadn't been waking up in the middle of the night FF would have given you the crosshairs at CD13 by now.
ETA: I just saw the updated chart... I don't know, I don't think I agree with FF, but obviously they are only going by data and not your sleeping habits

thank you- I appreciate you looking at it- I have it on research mode now- just wanted to see what happens- the whole thing is weird though cause I got my + OPK at CD 17... so I dont know what to think

I clicked but I dont know enough to say for sure- but it looks like a good cycle- its just hard to tell with the two open circles that you have after DPO- why do those come up?

I think so! I see an implantation dip at 7 or 8 dpo. If the 7 dpo temp were consistent it may have been even more pronounced. And now it looks you may be entering a triphasic pattern. Good luck!

Had to change my temp for this morning... I've been having trouble sleeping lately. I was up at 4ish this morning, fell back asleep. Woke up to DH's alarm at 5:20. I figured I wasn't falling back to sleep, so I took my temp. Then I passed out, and took my temp at 6:15 when my alarm went off. It was much higher (like .3 degrees).
When I asked the FF people which temp to use, they said to use the early one and note the time.

Open circles show up if you click on "sleep deprived" and/or temping more than half an hour before or after your standard time. I've been having some issues sleeping lately... insomnia s*ck$...
