Best way to relieve gas pain?
DS is slowly recovering from a nasty stomach virus. Now he seems to be having really bad gas pains. I've given him baby Gas X but it doesn't seem to be doing much. We're also massaging his stomach and trying to bicycle his legs. Any other suggestions? Poor little boy seems to be in so much pain.

Definitely not too big for Mylicon. We're using Baby Gas X, which should be the same. I think we're going to try to get some Gripe Water.
