Antique stores?
Are there any antique stores on Long Island? I am looking ones that sells furniture-like coffee/end tables-things like that. Thanks!

My Mom's friend owns a few, actually she is prob one of the largest dealers in NY. She has a few locations, one is in Roslyn on Old Northern Blvd across from the big shopping plaza where Besito is, etc..

the curtain store in Massapequa on sunrise has a 2nd floor with BEAUTIFUL furniture that isnt REALLY antique... its new furniture thats made to LOOK antique... but its worth checking out!
there are a bunch of antique stores out east in center moriches & manorville area and there is one in bay shore on main st

lots of them. just depends on what town you are hoping to find one in. there are at least three that I know of in Northport, including a giant one that has lots of individual dealers right on 25A across from King Kullen.

St Vincents de Paul is a good place, also Hampton Bays has great antique stores without expensive price of The Hamptons

If you want to take a trip east (where I live) the Hamptons are full of antiques. Yes it can be pricey, but there are lots of thrift shops and estate sales as well.
