I love Zumba
i went to my 1st zumba class tonight @ flips gymnastics in smithtown (6:45pm) . it was so much. i didn't realize that i was working out, i was having so much fun. i was sweating up a storm too. i'm totally hooked. i'm gonna go next thursday. loved it!!!

can you describe it?
I took a dance/aerobics class one and loved it- looking to go to a place that has something like it but closer to my house.

it was like a latin type of dance. you shake your hips a lot. you also jump around a lot. the instructor i had played all different types of music.
