Windsor Fuel - anyone heard of them ???
I just finished my HEAT USA paperwork for my new house, and they are putting me with Windsor Fuel. Are they any good? Feedback?
I am surprised it wasn't General again.

DONT DO IT...We had them - and they were almost as bad as General. They were horrible when it came to calling them for Service.....

What problems did you have with them? I was reading some previous threads and you said their service was good. Did they get bad all of a sudden?
Well I am not locking in or anything, and there is no obligation or contract. Dont have to pay for the service contract as it's free, and the service contract covers my hot water heater in addition to my boiler. No minimum oil purchase per year either.
I actually didn't have any problems with General. Their techs were better than Slomins.

I dont have any experience with them but through heatUSA I use engleman and they have been wonderful!

I use Windsor through Heat USA for my Dad's house.
It's been at least 4 years now. No issues.

My friend and I who also lives in Levittown had the same service issues in the end and then we had some money issues with them. I was glad to finally get out of my contract and switch to General...Boy if I only knew that General would be worse. The only thing that General has going for them is that their service guys are the best in the industry. Hopefully you will have more luck than I did
