Star?
We just bought our house 11/24 and when I looked up the '10-'11 taxes it shows no star exemption. Does that mean the previous owners didn't get it for this coming year? They had it last year???

I think youre supposed to apply for it. We bought earlier in the year but our lawyer made sure we filled out the forms and mailed them in.

I mailed it last week.....my DH said it was for '11-'12 but when I just looked online it says it was for '10-'11 so we should be good!

We just closed on our house 3 weeks ago and applied for the star for the 10-11 school year. IF you mailed it in already you are fine
