I use carmex - it's seriously CHEAP, and works the best. The Dermatologist rec. it when I was in college and on Accutane .....(in the frigid cold of Binghamton) it was AWESOME
Ditto! Love love love Carmex! It's so cheap I buy 6 at a time... in every room, every bag, car, desk at work... you get the picture

Everyone cracks me up. I love it.
People SWEAR by their products - the cheap to the expensive. Aww, I love it. Makes me happy to see people so enthusiastic about their lip balms. 
I pesonally LOVE this stuff:
but I haven't bought it in YEARS because lip tins skeeve me out. 
These days I'm a carmex fan. Cheap and WAY effective, considering I've done the $1.99 a stick - $20.00 a stick. In my case, cheaper (carmex) DEFINITELY works better. Also, when you're using a prodcut for a season...(which SKEEEEEEEEVES me out), I'd rather spend a lot less.
Do you know how many germs weleave on these things?! Ewwwwwwwww.

I win the overpriced lip balm contest.
I've tried EVERYTHING, but the only one that works for me is LaMer- Baume De La Mer.
I swear it's a miracle product.
But it's $45 a pot. 
I will say it lasts a LONG time though.
