TV in Bedroom
Yay or nay?
I have always said no but now I kind of think it would be nice for a Saturday morning or if someone is sick, they can stay in bed and watch it.

YAY! On weekends my DH watches sports in the living room...I escape to our bedroom and watch my shows.

Since we moved into our house in November, we have had a tv in our room. Personally, I do not like it and therefore we rarely use it.
DH will watch it when he gets ready for work in the morning or when he is getting ready for bed.

DH and I have always loved to watch TV in bed together
Now, he works nights, so it is nice for me to have it in there..

I was nay until DH came along. (And I am a TV junkie!!)
Now I am yay.
It is good for checking the weather while you're getting dressed or to watch the rest of a show at night as you're getting ready for bed.
It is also nice when DH and I want to watch different shows.
And if we miss The Soup on a Fri night we stay in bed and watch it on Sat morning.

Yay!!
It is great if DH and I want to do our own thing for a while.. He gets to play his video games in the living room and I catch up on my teeny bopper shows like 90210 in the bedroom!

I love watching TV in bed, especially on a cold night.
I am not sure why people says it affects your sex life as I haven't found that at all--

I'm in the minoriy here.
We lived in a studio for a long time and just had 1 tv. I would watch it until all hours of the night and never go to sleep.
Now our tv is in the living room & our 2nd bedroom is also set up at a lounge.
Our bedroom is like a sanctuary.
If DH wants to watch TV early in the morning, he just goes out to the living room.
I love to go in at night at read a magazine or a book.

i've always had a tv in my bedroom, probably since i was around 10ish. i like to lay in bed and watch tv, either by myself or with DH. it also gives us the opportunity to watch what we want, at the same time. me in the bedroom and dh in the living room. i couldn't live without a tv in the bedroom!

-It's great for when my I, DH or the kids are sick.
-I listen to my music through it (AppleTV=iTunes and digital music through cable)
-my kids come in in the morning and we snuggle while watching their programs

DW and I used to say Nay, but with DC getting older, we're starting to lean towards Yay, so we aren't forced to watch Dora the Explorer every waking minute...

No TV in the bedroom for us.
We used to have one in our old bedroom, but when we switched rooms we never moved the TV.
Now I'm glad not to have a TV in our bedroom. We watch in the living room together. He used to stay up late watching TV in the bedroom and I didn't sleep as well.

Yay! Ive had one in the bedroom for a long time!
It helps me fall asleep, its good when one of us is not feeling well, or simply if I don't want to watch sports.
