Usually pack it all in one day. My schedule varies so it's difficult to have a set weekly routine. I straighten up daily but weekly is a big clean day.

I usually do it all Sat morning....if I am in the right mood I can bang it out in less than 2 hrs

I get home from work on fridays @ 2:30 so I usually just do a nice big clean..then we spend all weekend messing it up again and I usually have to do touch ups through out the week

ETA: That my DH cleans also...so bw him during the week and my big clean we are usually okay lol

I used to do it once a week, but now with the little one around I do one thing a day.

bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning floors, clean out fridge, I do laundry as needed throughout the week etc.

I usually do one room at a time, but it's not working because my bedroom is getting totally neglected. I'm going to have to start doing everything in one shot.

I do it all in one day (iusually Friday night after work since DH is at work and I want a free weekend). I start on the second floor and work my way down.

I actually do both.

I do a little here and there throughout the week......then once a week I MUST do a pack it all in day too. It's usually Friday nites. Once I'm going........I just go and go and go and end up going to sleep at like 3am till I'm done.

But I love the feeling of it!

i do both...

I tidy, dust and vacuum here and there, several times a week. I normally do the bathrooms and appliances, kitchen and majority of laundry on weekends.

I think I clean the wood floors maybe every 1.5-2 weeks or as needed, more in the winter. I also dust the moldings and wainscotting every 2 weeks or so.

on a regular week i do it all in one day b/c i am just to tired when i get home from work.

but when i know in advance people are comming over.. i do a little each day/night

it used to be twice a week but now with half construction zone we are lucky to do it once, still adjusting to owning a house vs renting.

I like to break things up to two times a week, the kitchen gets spot cleaning daily but the cabinets/fridge/freezer get a good cleaning once a month. Fireplace gets cleaned once a week unless its really bad (we use it pretty much every day now) everything else gets one of the two days. Dusting sometimes is twice a week but i haven't bothered since its so bad with sheet rock crap.

the only thing we really have to do add is cleaning the basement out in the sprint and scrub/vaccuum and clean out everything since we didn't have a chance when moving in.

I do it daily - I have a routine that I breeze through.

Vacuum entire apartment

Wipe down counter surfaces, coffee table, bathroom sink, mirror & toliet.

Light scrub to the shower/tub.

Dust every other day, mop once to twice a week.

I vacuum the couch & pillows once a week.

Change the sheets on Saturday.

Clean refrigerator out once a week.

Did I mention I'm a bit OCD though?

Once a week, usually Saturday mornings for about 3 hours...

I like when DH isn't home cause then I get to appreciate it until he comes home from work at 5 and it doesn't look as clean anymore

Summer is different though, I do room every day so I have the whole weekend free

We tag team. I do the kitchen, bathrooms, sheet change twice per month (a good scrubbing- I do daily/weekly cleaning as well), DH does the floors (mopping/vacuuming) once per month.

Dusting/tidying gets done as needed.

I dust then I vacuum every tuesday night.

On wednesday morning I strip the bed and wash our sheets (we have nice sheets and could only afford one set)

I mop my floors & clean my bathrooms on Thursday & Monday. I need to clean the bathroom 2x because DH has an afro and picks it all over the place

DH does all our laundry during the week so I don't worry about that.
