I don't know if this counts as "majorly" dressy but I'm wearing this dress from INC (link below).
It is leopard and has a black beaded neckline, I'm wearing it with thick black stockings that are like leggings but more dressy and suede ruffled mini booties. I have a little faux mink wrap for when we walk in and that's it.

short, kinda tight, shiny, maybe sleeves - maybe in a dark blue. not sure about the gold anymore.
i can't find ANYTHING that i like. and if i like it, it ends up being backless which i don't want.
