So frustated. Please Help

I had a D & C in August. Afterward, the first month my AF arrived on the twelfth (9/12). Then the next month it arrived on the ninth (10/9) and now for this month it arrived on the fifth (11/5). My cycle is so messed up. I used OPK in November and I had a smiley face but AF still arrived. Is there anything I can take or do so my cycle will stay regular ? What is going on with my cycle ? Please help. TIA.

a m/c really can mess with your cycle. I know alot of girls on the TTC after m/c board are going through the same thing. Using OPK's doesnt garuntee that you get pg. It's great that you got a smiley. If your cycles are that off, maybe try using OPKs again?

I am dealing with this as well. I had two or three regular cycles and then I had two periods last month and then this month I was crazy late (CD 35)

My doctor said it can happen with miscarriages, that your cycle gets out of whack. She said as long as I'm not skipping in a row or getting it every 15 days alot, then its nothing to worry about.

It's very aggrivating though!!
