We were 24, too young, not married but came across what was a great opportunity at the time and took it. It is really tough for us now but still worth it.

DH and I were dating when we bought together. We were both 28. Just celebrated 9 years in this house!

I was 20 when my father transferred over the house to my name. He passed away shortly after  It is the house I grew up in and it is a big fixer upper.
We just refinanced in and are in the works of renovating it.

We signed contracts when I was 20, closed when I was 21....dh was 22. We started out young We moved in 2 weeks before our wedding!
