Unfortunately, things like this take time to really figure out what is best to do. Right now he'd have a lot to prove, and he'd have to keep proving himself to you for years for you to ever regain the trust. Thats IF you'd ever WANT to give him the chance again. Right now..its ALL about YOU. Just take care of yourself. Your heart and mind are going to be at war with eachother, try not to drive yourself crazy. You may need some time apart from him.

Oprah had the author of a book called Why Men Cheat about a year ago. His name was Dr. Gary Neuman. The book was very informative and spoke about something like your husband is doing now. Look into the interview. I know your going to be 'looking' for answers and comfort, so this might help a little.

Don't worry about that "What If's". In all honesty, chances are that you are not pregnant. However, if you are, that should not deter you from your goal. You wanted a child. If some higher power granted you one, whether he's in the picture or not, you are it's mother. Men come and go, accidents/poor health can intervene. Don't let your marriage define who you are as a woman.

Adultery is something EXTREMELY HARD to overcome. Trust me on this You will always be second guessing his activities, you will always have room to doubt his intentions. I would take a few steps back and assess how much you are willing to sacrifice to make it work. Don't let him pressure, bully or guilt you into moving in one direction or another. He made the mistake and he needs to be the one to make that up to you, on your own terms.

Thank u everyone. I cant explain what im going thru now. I feel like I belong in a padded room im going so crazy. I never had so many thoughts go through my head at once. This is the most horrible thing next to someone dying that i ever went through. still no idea what i wanna do. hes on the couch but i work days and he works nights so i dont have to see him, and hes leaving tomorrow morning for the weekend at his aunts. ive been checkin phone records and he hasnt called her so hes being honest about telling her its over and wanting me back. I also went to his job two times so far while he was on break and he was in his car alone both times. he used to spend breaks w her. but its sad that the damage is done. i cant even go to the store without seeing someone that looks like her. or stop thinking about them having sex over and over in my head
