I can completely sympathize...I hate reading "I thought I was getting AF but I got my BFP.. it felt exactly the same!" 
Unless, of course, I feel AF coming on and I use those thoughts as hope!

For me, with both my PG's my 2WW symptoms were completely different. They were both boys. So now, I get so discouraged when I don't have any of the symptoms that I had with either of the PG's. I get VERY discouraged when I don't have any. Since I've been off of the Lupron I seem to have sore b@@bs from the time I "O" until AF comes. I used only get that if I was PG. Also, with my 2nd PG I had such strong AF like cramps from 6-8dpo on and off I thought AF was here. But I didn't have that at all with my 1st PG. It even woke me up at night. Oh well. I'm 5dpo today and not even one cramp!
