Im not a fan but only because I like clear glasses....otherwise I dont like to use them....But they would look nice on a table with a black and white theme

Nay for me sorry. It's more like a goth/Halloween look. I'd stick with clear glasses and do everything else with the black/silver theme....

RIGHT ON! this is nice.
i didn't intend on using them to drink from. i wanted to put little silver ornament balls in them. and the silver garland decoratively around them. i said "table" but i should have said a "side board". it's not for use .. just decor.
i think they have potential in the right design.

I love them. I would say go for it for where you want to put them. I think it would be very cool.

It's funny that you posed the question the way you did, because a group of us were browsing the LTD catalog at work a few weeks ago, and everyone had pretty strong opinions on these glasses! Some really loved them and some really did not! I honestly can't decide.

I love them - I love when glasses are a solid color!!!!
Waterford has purple glasses - I think they're called the Amethyst collection. They're gorgeous.

Rachel, I went to Kohl's at lunch at they had some silver and black decor for Christmas. Mostly in the department where the candles are. They are mostly silver, but there was one large I guess pillar candle holder or it might have been a vase that was black and silver. Pretty. Just thought you might want to check they stuff out.

that is excactly why i posted! i couldn't make up my mind if i liked them or not! haha.
it may be something that i get sick of fast and don't want to spend the money and feel like i *have* to keep them. KWIM?
