Just need some reassurance - or honesty lol

Yesterday morning... got my smiley

Last night around 530 - felt pretty strong ovulation pains

Called husband and said he needs to get home NOW because I think I am ovulating and we need to "rock the baby boat"

Finished BD'ing around 630

Felt the pains probably until about 830pm

Had NO BD any days prior to last night

Went to the RE today and he said that I indeed ovulated - just waiting for the blood they took this morning to confirm.. and they will call me later

Do you think that since I didn't BD before last night - it killed my chances?

We will BD again tonight and tomorrow night... and that will probably be it.

(As I re-read this post - I can't BELIEVE I just told you the time of day I BD last night!!)

Guess you aren't living up to your screen name

While your chances would have been better had you BDed the days before, I think you're fine. BDing the day of O and the day after O should be worth something!

I've said it before on other posts, but it bears repeating in your case. The last time that I got a BFP - I ONLY BD'd on that ONE day that I got my + on the OPK. We had wanted to wait until the actual day of ovulation and then we just didn't have time the days following. And I still got pregnant. So i think your chances are just fine!!!

It only takes one time and one swimmer--and it sounds like you've BD'd within a good time frame.
