which cable/internet company do you use?
We're moving to LI from Queens and I have no idea what kind of cable or internet to get. Any suggestions? I'll be moving to seaford if that helps.

You can also get verizon Fios. We just switched over from Cablevision. So far, we're loving it!
There is also Dish Network and Direct TV. I had Direct TV a few years ago and the reception was never good when it rained.

I have FiOS for internet. I've had Dish Network for 12+ years, and the only times I've ever had bad reception are days when a lot of people on here are posting that their cable is out as well. Plus, there are a lot of times when people here are posting about losing their cable, but my satellite dish is receiving just fine....
