Hot flashes and FSH
Hi everyone I am new to this post. I was referred by a friend. I am trying to conceive but I am experience hot flashes and my FSH is very high. I've been to so many doctors and they can not explain why am I going through these changes. Does anyone know how can I lower my FSH? Going through all this makes me depress and worthless .

I believe there are quite a few natural ways to lower your FSH (do you know how high it is?)

it's 61 I have an acupuncture appt. on Saturday. Today i start my first yoga class. I am so looking forward to it.
