just signed the few papers that go along with our offer (lead paint and two others)...

bank statements (how many months)?
W2s (how many years back?)
Pay stubs (how many back)?
401Ks and retirement things?
what else?

i think i needed 3 months bank statements ALL pages, even if they are blank (stupid)
W2's - only 2 years i believe
6 months of pay stubs (if I'm remembering correctly)
and any and all investment related statements (i think i only brought the most current)

Congratulations - Dont worry about the paper work so much...I know you are going to be stressed out about it but just think about how happy you are going to be to finally be out of your current living situation and have your own home again....And your buying a great house in a great area.....
