I think 99.99% of the people will say to get the Curve.
Personally, I have the Storm and have no issues at all with the touch screen typing. I set all my defaults to my liking and like it. The only issues I have is that it freezes up sometimes, which is majorly annoying. Once my 2-years is up and I can upgrade, I will.... even though I like it now.

I was considering the BB storm but I read a lot of bad review re: the phone and I also have a couple of friends that got the phone and they are not crazy at all with it

Curve. LOVE my curve
Dh has the storm and it's constantly freezing up, and he hates how hot it gets against his face when he talks on it.

I have the Curve and love it, DH has the Storm and likes it. I personally do not like his Storm-- it freezes up quite often on him. He said he will be changing when his phone is up even though he likes it.

I have the curve and my DH has the storm. I don't like the touch screen at all but he loves it. I think the storm has better features but I prefer the basic functionality of the curve.

DH has curve and loves it. I got the Storm and had for a month and returned it and got the Tour. The storm just has to many bugs at the current time. I know a newer Storm is coming out in the next couple of months. If you really want the storm I would wait for the newer version. LOVE my tour.

I have the Curve and love it. I heard about too many issues with the Storm and I'm not fond of the touch screen. I think it's just about personal preference though. Some carriers will let you try a phone for 30 days and return it if you're not happy so you might want to go that route if you think you want the Storm but aren't 100% sure about it.
