Exciting news...with picture!
Hi girls...
I have been a big lurker on here and have learned so much from all of you. Have only posted a few times with stories about my crazy long cycles since going off BC.
Anyway...had been using OPK sticks and on cd53 finally got 2 lines. I couldn't believe my eyes as my cycle before that had been well over 100 days. We BD'd every day for a few days and just last night saw this......hoping picture will post....
Wanted to thank you all - really learned a lot from lurking on here. I'm going to continue to lurk here and continue to send lots of
   your way!!!

aw thank you! I was thinking the same thing I wanted to post so others with long cycles would see it can happen!
I was SO tired of peeing on OPsticks for sooo many days in a row...get so tired of it. I nearly fell over when I saw 2 lines on that. I should take a pic of those and post them here for inspiration I POAS morning and night and saw 2 ovulating lines for 3 days straight. 2nd day I realized first day was not a full line so may not have counted. But really couldn't believe my eyes. I didn't even think I ovulated...was really getting ready to talk to dr. about clomid.
So you can only imagine what I felt last night when i saw BFP...I was in shock. DH was jumping up and down and I just kept saying "OMG" - he thought I wasn't happy...of course I was I was just in total shock...could not believe my eyes.
So girls with long cycles...no matter how much $ you have to spend on the OPK sticks...I recommend just keep doing it even if it's for 53 days straight like me! I bought the expensive monitor but really that did nothing for me b/c only used once so after 20 days it stopped asking for sticks. Just the regular sticks I used.

aw glad my story is able to give you hope. I will send lots of your way.
Honestly I really feel if it could happen to me it can happen to anyone. My cycle before this one I was at cd 120-something...no joke! Finally took provera. So I was all over the place with my cycles...so hang in there and just keep using the ovulation sticks...make sure you do it every day. And DH and I tried our best to BD every other day even when I wasn't ovulating. Then when I was we BD'd every day for a bunch of days in a row just so we had all our bases covered. Still in total shock that it worked. This is my 1st so I'm feeling lots of things right now...excited...but also scared and nervous. I think I'm suddenly scared of all the symptoms and waiting for them to kick in. So far just cramps and sore boobs.
