St Gerard (October 16th) is the Patron Saint of Expectant Mothers, the Unborn and parents having difficulty conceiving

i dont really know why, but it got me almost teary reading this post  we are telling DH's parents on Sunday and they are heavily devoted catholics (Italian) ... I know for a fact that DH's mom will bring this up and she will be there, praying for us

thats really sweet 
i am not even PG but my mom and aunts went to a mass for me in Italy at the Church of St Gerard near the town that my family is from. they also got a medal blessed for me that i kiss every night! 
I am so excited that you are telling them on Sunday, that must be so exciting! and THAT made ME tear up!!!
