Pic of our new front door
Mind you, it isn't installed yet...they superimposed a pic of it on our house...but it will look pretty close to this. It took us FOREVER to make a decision...I love a lot of glass, and DH doesn't, so it took awhile for me to convince him. What do you think? Image Attachment(s):

I love your house!!!!!!!!
I like the white trim of the door - it matches the trim of your house, and the long, skinny windows on either side of your door look really great as well.

I have those doors and sidelights,with half glass only. I love it. But be warned you can see in parts of it a bit.

That was a concern when we got our new doors. However, I spent $20 at HomeDepot, got the DIY frosted glass film, so now the outside looks the same, the inside still shows off the glass pattern, but frosted (which actually highlights the different colored glass), and you can't see anything through the glass now. Best of all worlds...

haha! I did the same thing, only with frosted contact paper, you can't even see it! It was too see through for me.

With the frosted contact film, there is no privacy issues, since you can't see anything at all through it (depending on which type you get). The only thing you can see through my doors is whether or not there are lights on in the house (which you can tell from outside anyway....)

We tried a bunch of different colors and b/c our house is so light colored the wood color doors didn't look right in our opinion.
