Any Jersey girls?
can you tell me about East Brunswick? DH and I looked in the area this weekend and loved it! we are seriously considering moving off of LI and I'm curious to see what you think.

Re: Any Jersey girls?
EB is a nice town with a good school system. Stay off of Route 18 though- it's a very busy highway and miserable during rush hour.

I agree!
I don't know much about EB, although my DH lived in Highland Park while we were dating.

EB is about 45 minutes south of where I am (I'm in Bergen County). I don't know much about it...but wanted to say "welcome to NJ" if you decide to make the move

Re: Any Jersey girls?
i worked in EB for 2 years. it's a great school district- very competitive and also very large.
rt 18 is a PITA!!! if you want public transportation to the city, there are buses, and the closest train station is in New Brunswick.
VERY high property taxes.
