My initial reaction would be to let them use the bathroom. If they take advantage and leave it a mess then ask them to go offsite. But I'd give them the benefit of the doubt first.
I would also put down a tarp or something so when they walk in the house they aren't getting the house dirty with their work boots.

I'm more almost embarassed. After you give birth- you're pretty much hemmorraging for a month. How nasty to have to go through that while sharing a toilet with strange men

 that didn't happen with me! maybe because i got rid of most of it at the hospital after my c-section

Did you discuss with them you are are going to give birth soon and need your one bathroom available? My Aunt had a porta potty for the construction workers when her house was being done, it was a pretty big one with a sink and everything in it. It was a nice one. Iam surprised they wouldnt use something like that.

I'd let them use it and just deal with it.
I know what you mean about the hemorrhaging thing-I went through that too and would purposely go up to our master bathroom during that time.
However, what can you do? It will be over before you know it.
