Is it just me? (Toy related)
or is everything today made like total crap?!!!
One of Damien's birthday presents was this Nerf blaster thingy and it is a total piece of crap. It keeps jamming and the pieces fall off. It really pizzes me off.

nope, it's not just you. I think we're expecting too much when we hope that a toy will last more than 1-2 months. It's so annoying.

So much junk out there! It's so annoying and disappointing at the same time. Nowadays I make sure that we open things very carefully bc I can't tell you how many toys get repackaged and brought back. I tell them it's been played with and s*cks but you still have to have all the packaging.
Sorry to hear that a bday toy is giving him grief.

my one year old ds just disasembled his little people bus into three pieces... he got it for his birthday on wednesday.... it amazes me.... we had a toy that he was able to take apart at 6 months old... it drives me crazy...

Nope, not just you! I cringed as we head into October since both my kids have birthdays and once again they will receive a bunch of toys that are junk. By no means am I ungrateful for the gifts, but I wish everyone would just chip in and buy a great classic set of Lincoln Logs or something like that instead of 5 peices of junk that have a million stupid pieces that get lost all over the place.
