Flood Insurance
Can you please tell me what your annual amount for flood insurance is?
Apparently, a 3 ft crawlspace is considered a basement and living space and now we have to pay 2,300 annually on top of Homeowners insurance...
Can you please share with me your cost for flood insurance...If it helps we are across the street from the canal.
TIA

Re: Flood Insurance
Flood insurance is priced by FEMA despite what company you go through. All your quotes should be the same price if the coverages/deductibles are the same. The only thing that will make it different is the broker fees that will be tacked on afterwards.

Re: Flood Insurance
I think we pay about $300 for flood insurance. We use State Farm.
